Website Access:

In order to implement content optimization and other SEO tasks on your website, we need login credentials for your website.

Instructions and Details: Outline any special instructions, if any, needed to successfully login to the website. If the website is vulnerable to breaking, please outline details. Make mention of any other special precautions, details or other information that may help your SEO team to implement SEO tasks.

Domain Name and Website Maturity:

The age of your domain name, and current website design, can both impact how quickly SEO improvements can be seen in search results. We can alter our SEO strategy depending on these circumstances to best accommodate what the website needs most.

Google Analytics Access:

We rely on data from Google Analytics to help with measuring the effectiveness of our work for you, to determine keyword activity and to help diagnose website problems. If you do not have an Analytics account already, we can create one for you. If you do have an Analytics account, we will need access. Access to Analytics can be granted in one of two ways as described below. .

Alternative Analytics Access Details: Analytics access can also be granted by authorizing an independent Google Account. The above mentioned access method is preferred as Google account access can also be used to connect to your Search Console, Google My Business and Google Ads accounts. However, if you prefer to not provide your Google logins, then you can authorize a Google Account to access only your Analytics data. For this circumstance, please contact your account manager for the Google Account name that you can authorize access for. Additional connection instructions can be seen at

Google My Business Access:

Google My Business (GMB) listings are critical for local search rankings, capturing customer reviews and establishing your brand. Even businesses that provide services nationally and internationally will benefit from a strong Google My Business listing. These listings can also be optimized to increase the opportunity to capture strong search engine rankings. If you do not already have a Google My Business listing, we can create one on your behalf. If you do have access to a Google My Business listings, we will also need access for each business location. Your Google My Business login is often the same as your Google Analytics login. Access to Google My Business can be granted in one of two ways.

Keyword Targeting Priorities:

We would like to understand what search phrases (keywords) and services are important to you. Please provide a short list of 10ish keywords for which you would like to appear when people search on the search engines. We will complete our own keyword discovery process, but it is important for us to understand what your priorities are and what services/products you would like to focus on in the campaign. .

Location Targeting Priorities:

Do you sell your services/products to a local community or to a national or international audience? Please elaborate (Cities, States, Countries). Where can you generate business from?.

Content Changes:

SEO requires some changes to your website content. All work is professionally and tactfully implemented (as minimally invasive as possible) in order to gain the results needed. These changes may include the addition of target keywords and locations within your existing content. We work much faster and with improved results if our SEO specialists are free to implement their work. However, if your content must be closely controlled, content change recommendations can be provided before implementation. Please let us now your preference.
